Okay, I love LT, it think he's awesome. But is it wrong for me to think that his time with the Chargers is up?? It just seems that they always wanna put “ol faithful” LT in there when they should be putting someone else (Sproles) in.
Or maybe I'm just tired of seeing the Chargers doing the same ol' plays? Although they did seem to finally switch it up in the 2nd half against the Raiders last night. But is that what we have to look forward to this year with the Chargers?
3) LT is like a 35 year old woman who hasn't had kids….his clock is ticking…..
Most running backs seriously falloff around 28-29 ish, Jim Brown (generally considered to be the greatest running back ever) retired after 8 years… As a Raiders fan (why does saying that feel like I'm admitting to eating ass) it is disappointing that Philip Rivers looks like he might be really good.
I think you still have a one or two your window to get to the Super Bowl before you are trapped in no mans land where you are good enough to barely make the playoffs but not win it (and hence not get the top draft picks). The sucky thing for you is that LT is so popular you couldn't have dumped him and went with Michael Turner (who is a stud).
